Lash Line has developed an effective eyelash enhancer that will drastically improve the look of your natural eyelashes. It utilises your natural lashes to give incredible volume without the need for expensive extensions or daily use of mascara and eyelash curlers.
Once your lashes are lifted, the effect will last up to 2 months (6-8 weeks). Each application lasts for the lash lifespan until the effect eventually grows out.

Yes! 24 hours after your lift, Mascara can be worn. However, we fully believe you won't even think of mascara once you've had a Lash Lift!
Yes! Our lash lift is water and eye-rubbing friendly, but it's best to avoid for the first 24 hours.
Yes! The lash lift ingredients are safe and irritant free. However, since allergic reactions can happen unexpectedly, carry out a patch test at least 24 hours before your lift.
Each kit includes at least 10 applications... over a year of stunning lifted lashes!
If your lift didn't go to plan or you'd like a slightly different curl. Please wait at least 4 weeks before performing the lifting process again to avoid over-processing your eyelashes.
We recommend using an eyelash serum as it helps to strengthen and lengthen your eyelashes over time. However, it's not absolutely necessary for a great lift!
For a tighter/more dramatic lift, use the smaller lift pads. For a softer/more natural lift, use the bigger lift pads.
- Wait 30 seconds for the eyelash adhesive to get tacky before placing the pad on your eyelid, then hold in place for a further 30 seconds to ensure the pad is secure.
- To stick your lashes, apply adhesive then wait 30 seconds before lifting your lashes on to the pad. Apply more adhesive if needed until they are all stuck down.
- Only apply a line of perm/fix lotion along the lower half of your lashes (lash root area). If you apply it over your entire lashes they will become unstuck.
- If you find the pads are becoming unstuck because they are too big/long, you can cut the ends of the pads so they fit your eyelid.
If you'd like to add tint into your lifting process, you can do so before or after performing the lash lift.
Yes! We do not use any of our products on animals for testing purposes. We also do not work with any manufacturers that do animal testing. None of our materials or finished products are tested on animals.

The status of your delivery can be tracked using the Track my order page.
A tracking link is also supplied in your shipping confirmation email. It will allow you to track your delivery via the couriers website.
The courier may contact you by email or phone regarding your delivery. This will depend on whether you supplied a mobile phone number at checkout.

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a small amount of time where we may be able to edit your order.
There is a very small amount of time after an order has been placed, when we might be able to change your shipping address, but this isn't guaranteed.
If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or change your order.

Shipping takes usually takes within 7 days but can be up to around 20 depending on your location and the circumstances.
Please also allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items to us within 30 days of delivery.
To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.
All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.
To arrange a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will email back with instructions on how to return the item.
Please allow up to 21 working days for action of your return.

This is a completely normal situation. This just means that items of your order have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations or have a delay due to pre-order, sale items or back-order products that need to be replaced on a weekly basis to keep the product quality fresh and non-expired.
